Flexibility and Choice in Retirement Living
At Fresh Hope Care we recognise the idea of spending your retirement years hassle free, in a like-minded, friendly and active community sounds perfect, but is it possible for you?
Yes, it could be…
There are so many choices available in retirement living, from affordable rental options within tight knit communities to luxury skyrise apartments with services that will make you feel like you are living in an all-inclusive resort.
For over 80 years, Fresh Hope Care has been providing quality care and housing choices with a range of flexible pricing options, ensuring you have the opportunity to access our diverse range of villages, at a price that suits both your lifestyle and your budget.
Julie* was excited to join one of our vibrant villages, due to its friendly and supportive community. Julie knew downsizing and relocating to the village was the right decision for her, however due to her outstanding mortgage, was concerned she may not be able to afford the entry price. Working in partnership with Julie, Fresh Hope Care was able to offer a range of flexible pricing options for her to select from.
Entering the village has increased Julie’s quality of life. Julie is now mortgage free, busy enjoying village outings and activities and making new friends, all whilst remaining connected to the community she has always known. Julie feels more relaxed knowing, that through the flexibility of her entry point, she now has a safety net available in case her needs change in the future.
Alongside Retirement Living, our services include the provision of optional services such as cleaning, meal preparation and personal care in addition to Home and Residential Care for approved residents. This means that if your needs change, support is readily available to ensure we can change with you.
